I love that show, it's so stupid ! Dr Cox, Ted, and the janitor are my fav characters. BUt it's hard to follow Cox in his monologue without subtitle ^^
But will the show end with the season 8 or not ? Cause i can read this season is the last, and somewhere else that Bill Lawrence wants to continue, but there is a lot of guest stars in the season 8 Elizabeth Banks alias Kim, Scott Foley alias Sean, which could mark the end of the serie. Well, i truely dont know anything with all these contradictions. Something is sure : Zach Braff leaves the show. They wanted to do something like E/R, continue and change the cast along the season.

From what I've read they are open to further seasons but at the moment are only committed through season 8. Braff has said he's ready to leave the show. Judy Reyes has also said she wants to leave the show after this season, though I think that might be because ABC doesn't have the budget to pay them all what they were getting at NBC. Even Lawrence has said he might not stick around if it gets renewed. ABC, however, has said that if the ratings are good, then they will renew it. So it's really anyone's guess at this point. We'll just have to wait and see what happens when it comes back.

Is it like Arrested Development where you have to watch it from the start to really get it? I've seen random episodes on Comedy Central but I didn't think it was that great.

No, I believe you have to have the same humor to "get it". It's a little stupid ... (barely ^^)
Truly, i think you can never get it all but yes there is a story and it's better to know a little the manias (tic) of the characters to understand and laugh.

I've missed a good number of episodes. I still get the story, whether I get in the middle or the beginning.
I did see a whole season or 2, but not enough to get the WHOLE story.

Scrubs is really an awesome TV show. This is one of the great show on television. I like to watch this show online. Even my family also enjoy this show. I have seen every single episode and Dr. Cox is totally fantastic character. But I wanna know that this series will continue for its tenth season or not.....?????????
